1. Introduction

Welcome to IONS. By purchasing tickets or participating in the Event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, participants, and ticket holders. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from attending or purchasing tickets for the Event.

3. Ticket Purchase

Tickets for the Event are non-refundable, except in cases where the Event is canceled by the organizer.
You agree to provide accurate personal information during the ticket purchase process. Any inaccurate or fraudulent information may result in the cancellation of your ticket.
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the organizer.

4. Event Participation

By attending the Event, you agree to abide by all rules and guidelines set by the Event organizers, venue, and staff.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who is acting inappropriately or disrupting the Event, without any refund.
The Event is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any changes.

5. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the Event unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
Participation in the Event is at your own risk. Attendees are encouraged to take care of their personal belongings.

6. Force Majeure

The organizer is not liable for failure to perform any obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or public health emergencies.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not share personal information with third parties unless required by law or necessary for the operation of the Event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.

9. Amendments

The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is the responsibility of the attendee to regularly review these Terms for any updates or changes.
